KISS and Motley Crue Alpine Valley 2012 Show

KISS and Motley Crue at Alpine Valley

Kiss and Motley Crue will perform at Alpine Valley on September 8. This is the final show in 2012 for the very popular outdoor venue, and it’s sure to be a great one. These are two high profile bands with a huge fan base, and they compliment each other nicely. Motley Crue has a stage show that includes a lot of eye-popping effects.  KISS is well known for their stage antics and theatrics. Tickets for the Alpine show are still available.

KISS has a huge catalog of albums to their name.  They have produced over 25 albums, going back to their 1974 self titled debut. It would take three years for the band to produce a hit song.  That album was titled Destroyer. Some say that the hit song on the album was Shout it Out Loud, but the slow ballad Beth was just as popular.

Motley Crue is a band that just celebrated their 31st year together. They have sold over 80 million albums and continue to tour with their original line up at this time.  During the early 1990’s the band hired John Corabi as a replacement for Vince Neil.  Tommy Lee spent some time on the sidelines between 1999 and 2004.  The band put aside their differences in 2004, and has been going strong ever since.
