    Amy Schumer Tickets

Comedian Amy Schumer comes to the BMO Harris Bradley Center on December 4. Tickets for the show are on sale now. As of this post, Amy has booked twelve dates, but that is sure to change, as the tour will most likely stretch into 2016. Hot off her movie titled Trainwreck, Amy is moving up to bigger venues for her live comedy show.

Five years ago, Ms. Schumer teamed up with Mark Hoppus on a show called “A Different Spin.” She wound up appearing on two episodes of “Funny as Hell” and then wound up with her own TV special. In 2013, Amy started working in sketch comedy, on her own show, titled Inside Amy Schumer. That show helped to launch her career to another level. In 2015, she wrote and stared in Trainwreck, a movie that focuses on the life of a woman who fears commitment. Reviews were mostly positive.

  • Packers Bye Week Comes Just In Time | Ticket King Inc.

    Packers Injury Report

As rookie cornerback Damarious Randall knocked away Phillip Rivers 4th down pass on Sunday at the goal line, the Packers breathed a sigh of relief, as the defended pass would mean they would advance to 6-0 before their bye week. This bye week could not have come at a better time for the Packers, they are banged up, especially on offense. We thought it would be a good time to update where the Green Bay Packers stand in the injury department.

Jordy Nelson/WR- Done for the season with a torn ACL. This one hurts the most out of all of the injuries and you all know why.
Sam Barrington/LB- Foot injury, done for the season. Packers lose their starting inside linebacker here.
Josh Boyd/DL- Broken ankle, done for the season. A good rotational player that will be missed.
Sean Richardson/S- Another neck injury. Done for the season, possibly career over. Was the cover man for opposing tight ends.
Davante Adams/WR- High ankle sprain, has missed the last couple of games. Should be ready to go after the bye week.
Brian Bulaga/OT- Knee injury. Was originally expected to be out until after the bye week but came back against the Rams. Should be okay going forward. Is injury prone though so don’t bet on it.
Randall Cobb/WR- AC Joint sprain in week three of the preseason, hasn’t missed any time, but it has affected him. Is getting healthier by the week though.
James Jones/WR- Hamstring problems. Hasn’t missed any time. Shouldn’t be an issue going forward.
T.J. Lang/OG- Knee injury. What first appeared to be a knee injury wasn’t so bad. Didn’t miss any games. Packers avoided a disaster here.
Nick Perry/OLB- Shoulder injury. Missed the game against the Chargers. Should be able to play against the Broncos in two weeks.
Morgan Burnett/S- Calf problems. Burnett has missed all but one game this season because of calf problems. We have no clue when he will be ready to play. Something else is going on here.
B.J. Raji/DT- Groin. So far the 2015 B.J. Raji has been 2010 B.J. Raji. He has set the point of attack and dominated the line of scrimmage in 2015. He didn’t play Sunday against the Chargers because of a groin injury and by did they miss him. He should be ready to go against the Broncos.

  • Selena Gomez Summerfest Tickets | Ticket King Wisconsin

    Selena Gomez Summerfest tickets

Fans of pop music will be happy to know that Selena Gomez is coming to Summerfest 2016. She’ll headline the Marcus Amphitheater on June 29. Ticket King has Tickets to the Selena Gomez show available now.

Who is Selena? She broke into the acting scene by answering a Disney casting call for new show that was in the works. That call lander her a role in the series titled Wizards of Waverly Place.  She was one of three young “wizards” on the show. The show went on to win an Emmy. From there, she felt the call to try her luck at singing. At the age of sixteen, Gomez was signed by Hollywood Records. The label wanted to capitalize on her popularity, and talent. As a result, they made three albums for her to sing on, generating top forty hits, and platinum selling albums.  The albums are titled A Year Without Rain, When the Sun Goes Down, and Kiss and Tell. Kiss and Tell was the first disk. Multiple producers, song writers, and musicians were called upon to help this young talent.

Gomez starts her tour on May 6, in Las Vegas and takes up most of the summer of 2016 before it wraps up in fall. The headline show at the Marcus Amphitheater is one of the biggest venues on the upcoming tour.

  • Bucks Impress Fans by Signing Greg Monroe | Bucks Tickets On Sale Now

    Bradley Center Layout

The Milwaukee Bucks are about to begin a season of great expectations. After their first trip to the NBA playoffs in 2015, opposite a season where they ranked dead last in the league, the team set their sights on a free agent that nobody thought they would acquire. That would be Greg Monroe, of the Detroit Pistons. This is a different Bucks team, on many levels. The billionaire owners made a play for what was certainly to be a “West Coast” free agent, and won him over. With the intentionally slow return of Jabari Parker this preseason, it’s only going to get better for the Bucks, as Jason Kidd has the full support of the city, and a new Bucks arena is going to be a reality.

Khris Middleton was locked in with a five year, $70 million dollar contract. He’s gone from a back up to starter in just one season. Still, watch for Giannis Antetokounmpo to have a better season, as he’s just getting used to the NBA. Giannis averaged fourteen minutes per game last season, and this 20 year old small forward is going to get better with each passing game.  Who’s looking to lose minutes this season. It just might be O.J. Mayo. As Milwaukee picked up Greivis Vasquez, along with Rashad Vaughn in the off season, Mayo might be looking at a lot of time on the bench in 2015.  Greivis Vasquez averaged 24 minutes per game last season, playing in all 82 games. He’s got five seasons under his belt, and will certainly be an impact player this year.

The Bucks will open their regular season schedule at home against the New York Knicks. They stay in town for a game against Washington, then hit the road for two games. For Bucks tickets to all home and away games, check out our website. See you at the BMO Harris Bradley Center!

  • Packers Versus 49ers Predictions | Ticket King Inc.

    Packers versus 49ers tickets

As the Green Bay Packers prepare to take on the 49ers, fans of the “Green and Gold” are looking to shake off the bad “mojo” of recent games between the two teams.  In the 2013 playoffs, Colin Kaepernick shredded the Packers for 181 rushing yards on the ground, and 263 in the air.  The Pack thought that they were ready to take care of business in 2014, but fell short 23-20.  It’s a different team this season, but that speedy QB is still at the helm of the 49ers.

San Francisco has a new coach.  Also gone are Anthony Davis, Patrick Willis, and Chris Borland. Frank Gore took the position over at the Colts, and it sure seems like the their draft picks aren’t going replace so many solid starters.  It could be a long season for “Niners fans.”

Green Bay has lost starters as well, but most of them are to injury. The Pack is coming off their third win of the season.  Will they be looking to redeem themselves? You bet they will. Rodgers found a way to take down a stout Chiefs defense last Monday night. This weekend, it’s a game on the road. Our prediction: Packers 27 – 49ers 21. For Packers tickets to home and away games, trust Ticket King.

  • Packers Versus Seahawks In Week Two | Ticket King Tickets

    Packers Versus Seahawks 2015

Can the Packers put the Seahawks at 0-2 by Sunday night? Green Bay has so much to play for in this upcoming rematch of the 2015 NFC Championship game. It’s something that the team talked about since training camp started. On the flip side, the Seahawks are probably looking at the weak defensive performance that Green Bay put up against the Bears and thinking that they have a great chance to right the ship.

The Seahawks have lost a few key players during the off season, and Green Bay has lost a few to injury.  On top of the Jordy Nelson injury, the Packers lost Sam Barrington for the rest of the season. Who’s the replacement for Barrington?  Nate Palmer. Palmer looked pretty good on Sunday, amassing seven tackles in the game against the Bears.  Still, the defense as a whole needs to ramp up their play, if they hope to make a difference.  Thankfully, Palmer was the play caller all through training camp and the preseason. He’s going to be tested thoroughly this Sunday night.

The Pack hopes to have Morgan Burnett back in the lineup against Seattle. Burnnett did practice, and he looked good. Still, he’s calling this a “team effort” when it comes to stopping Marshawn Lynch.  One thing is for sure, if the Rams found a way to score on Seattle, the Packers will be watching for those same opportunities.  If Green Bay shores up their issues related to penalties and the run defense, they have a great shot at being 2-0 by Monday morning.

  • Who Will Make The MLB Playoffs in 2015? | Ticket King Inc.

    MLB Playoffs
We felt that it was time to take a moment to see what Tim Bryce thinks of the upcoming MLB playoffs for 2015. Mr. Bryce writes for Ticket King from time to time. He’s doesn’t mince words when it comes to baseball.
Well, at the moment the Milwaukee Brewers find themselves with a record of 53-72 and 20 games behind the Chicago Cubs for the second Wild Card position. The point I am making here is that barring the most improbable comeback in the history of the American sports, there will be no September miracle for the Brewers this year. As we approach September, the playoff races begin to heat up. Let’s take a look at the various playoff races across the league.
The Washington Nationals began the season as the runaway favorites to win the National League by a good 10-15 games. That hasn’t happened, at all, and at this point it won’t happen. The New York Mets have arrived a year early and have pushed the Washington Nationals out of the top spot in the National League East. The Mets currently hold a five game lead over Washington.
The National League Central is without a doubt the strongest division in baseball at the moment. Three of baseball’s best four records are all in the National League Central. The St. Louis Cardinals have a record of 78-45. Right behind them are the Pittsburgh Pirates with a record of 74-48, just 3.5 games behind St. Louis. The Cardinals lead was much bigger two months ago, so this should get interesting. The Chicago Cubs find themselves in third place with a record of 72-51, six games behind the St. Louis Cardinals. At the moment, Pittsburgh will host the Cubs in the Wild Card play in game.
Out in the National League West it is the Los Angeles Dodgers in the lead with a record of 67-56, good for a 1.5 game lead over San Francisco, who has a record of 66-58. The Giants have had a miserable season in regards to injuries, and are really suffering without Hunter Pence right now. The Diamondbacks currently sit in third place with a record of 62-61, five games back. Don’t be surprised if the Diamondbacks come back and take this division.
Over in the American League East the Toronto Blue Jays, my preseason choice to win the World Series, have surged past the New York Yankees and into first place with a record of 69-55. The Blue Jays had a great trade deadline, acquiring shortstop Troy Tulowitski and starting pitcher David Price. The Yankees are sputtering right now and currently hold a record of 68-55. The Baltimore Orioles sit in third place with a record 62-61 and have lost four in a row due to an abysmal four game sweep at the hands of the Minnesota Twins over the weekend.
In the American League Central it is the Kansas City Royals with a record of 75-48, good for the second best record in baseball in first place by 12.5 games over the Minnesota Twins. This divisional race is all but finished.
The American League West features a three team race. The Houston Astros, who have also arrived a year earlier than expected, hold the top spot with a record of 69-56. Behind them is the resurgent Texas Rangers, with a record of 64-59, 4.5 games out. Behind them are the fading Los Angeles Angels, with a record 63-61, five games out. The Angels have lost four in a row and are 3-7 in their last 10 games.
At the moment, the American League Wild Card race is a mess. The Yankees hold a four game lead over the Texas Rangers, the team with the second Wild Card spot. After that, it is anyone’s guess. The Minnesota Twins and Los Angeles Angels are both 1.5 back of Texas. Baltimore is two games back. Tampa Bay, 2.5 back. Detroit is five games back, The White Sox are 5.5 games back, the Cleveland Indians are 6.5 back, and the Seattle Mariners are 7.5 games back. This one is going to come down to the wire.
  • Packers 2015 Green and Gold Game Schedule

It’s that time once again. Which Packers games are the “Green” and “Gold” games? To those of you who are not familiar, the Pack used to play at County Stadium in Milwaukee, and in Green Bay. When the franchise decided to move all the games to Lambeau Field, they still had to accommodate those who had season tickets in Milwaukee.  Those “Milwaukee” games are the “Gold” games.
All the rest are “Green” games.  So for 2015, the scheduled Gold games are as follows.

    Packers Gold Games 2015
August 29 – versus Philadelphia Eagles (Preseason)
September 28 – versus Kansas City Chiefs (Monday night game)
November 15 – versus Detroit Lions (Noon start)

    Packers Green Games 2015
September 3 – versus New Orleans Saints
    September 13 – at Chicago
    September 20 -versus Seattle Seahawks
October 4 – at San Francisco
October 11 – versus St. Louis Rams
October 18 – versus San Diego Chargers
November 1 – at Denver Broncos

November 22 – at Minnesota Vikings
November 26 – versus Chicago Bears (Favre retirement jersey game)
December 3 – at Detroit Lions
December 13 – versus Dallas Cowboys
December 20 – at Oakland Raiders
December 27 – at Arizona Cardinals

  • Jimmy Buffett Alpine Valley Tickets Going Fast | Ticket King Inc.

    Jimmy Buffett Tickets

Jimmy Buffett comes to his favorite venue in the Midwest, Alpine Valley, on August 22nd. Will you be there? Grab your Buffett Alpine Valley tickets now. Huey Lewis and the News will open the evening, and Ticket King has seats from the lawn section, to the pavilion. This is the last show of the season at Alpine Valley.

Jimmy Buffett will turn seventy next year. He was a Christmas gift to his parents, having come into this world on December 25. At age 25, he tried his hand at country music. The man worked very hard to get his break, recording a half dozen albums before finding success.  His song “Margaritaville” hit the top ten on the pop charts, way back in 1977. Buffett has gone on to produce quite a few albums, books, and what some call an “empire” that includes themed restaurants and bars.  He’s certainly not touring because he needs the cash. He does it for the “Parrot Heads.”
