This news comes after Wisconsin lost to Michigan State in the Big Ten tournament. Wisconsin’s late rally was not enough to push them over the top, losing 75-83 to the Spartans. Still, the consolation prize is playing the first round of the tournament right here in Milwaukee.
The Badgers have been to the tournament fifteen consecutive times. They will take on American, a team that managed to lose a dozen games this season. One can hope that Wisconsin will blow past American in this first round match up.
