They are calling it “A festival within a festival.” On July 9, Outlaw Festival comes to Summerfest. Who is the headline act? That depends on who you like. Some will come to see Willie Nelson. Others are fired up to see Cheryl Crow perform. For others, Bob Dylan will be the main draw. On top of that, Promise of the Real, Margo Price and Nathaniel Rateliff will also be on the bill. This one is huge.
Outlaw Festival tickets for the stop in Milwaukee go on sale April 21st. Ticket King will have great seats at that time. All tickets include admission to the Summerfest grounds. This “festival” will be a first for Summerfest. It’s sort of a one day festival within a festival. The music will start at 2pm, as opposed to a headliner hitting the stage as the sun goes down. Ticket holders will be free to come and go from the amphitheater, as they pick and choose the acts that they would like to see. While most of the musical acts are “country” flavored, you will find some interesting music on state, to be sure.
