46 Below gets its unique name from the famous 1967 Ice Bowl game where the wind chill brought the temperature down to 46 below zero. It is also located 46 feet below the top of Ariens Hill. Their simple menu consists of sandwiches, wraps, salads, cafe bites, beverages, and cheese curds. There are also great food options for children. Hinterland Restaurant and Brewery

Hinterland Restaurant and Brewery is an award-winning brewery and restaurant that has been wowing Green Bay since 1995. Founded by two Wisconsinites who opened their first location in an old cheese factory, Hinterland is now the epitome of local cuisine. When is the 2024 NFL Schedule Going to be Released?

We don’t know at this time when the NFL will announce the 2024 game dates and schedule, but we do know it will be very soon. We’ve seen the schedule release 10 days into May, and as late as roughly May 17-18th in the past. Based on past seasons, football fans can expect to see 2024 NFL season dates in early May, typically on a Thursday. Thursday, May 9 might be the best guess for the first possible date. Looking at past history, we’ve seen May release dates starting in 2020. Prior to that, the dates generally came out in the month of April. Here we list the past 19 seasons.

How is the NFL Schedule Determined?

There are rules that apply to every NFL team, every season. These rules do give us a peek at which teams will face each other, aside from the usual divisional opponents.

Each team plays 17 regular season games.
All teams get a bye week.
Teams alternate seasons where they host nine regular season games and one preseason game or eight regular season games and two preseason games.
Each team will play six games against divisional opponents – two against each team, one at home and one on the road.
Each team has four games against teams from a division within its conference – two games at home and two on the road.
Each team has four games against teams from a division in the other conference – two games at home and two on the road.
Each team has two games against teams from the two remaining divisions in its own conference – one game at home and one on the road. Matchups are based on division ranking from the previous season.
The 17th game for each team is an additional game against a non-conference opponent from a division that the team is not scheduled to play. Matchups are based on division ranking from the previous season.

The “Play In” teams who have to play their way into the playoffs include the Chicago Bulls and Atlanta Hawks. Both the Hawks and Bulls have losing records, but will still land in the playoffs.

The top-ranked teams coming into the playoffs are led by the Boston Celtics. Boston has the best overall record and they will face the 8th seed opponent in the first round. The Milwaukee Bucks will face the seventh seed in the first round of the playoffs. In the Western Conference, the Timberwolves are ranked #1, and the Denver Nuggets are ranked second. The Timberwolves will face the #8 seed and the Nuggets will face the #7 seed in the first round. Tesla & Admirals vs. Ice Hogs | January 26

After the Milwaukee Admirals face the Rockford Ice Hogs on January 26, Tesla will perform right after the game. Pick up some ice passes directly from the box office for the best view of the band.

Tesla came up during the “hair band” days of the mid 1980’s. In 1986, the band released the album Mechanical Resonance. That album launched their career, with the hit song Little Suzi. Tesla opened for Alice Cooper, Def Leppard, David Lee Roth, and many more. This gave the band the exposure required in order to build a fan base. Their second release, The Great Radio Controversy, produced five hit songs. After nine years, the album hit double platinum. This would be followed up with the album Five Man Acoustical Jam in 1990.

Based in Rockford Illinois, members Bun E. Carlos, Rick Nielsen, and Robin Zander found their first taste of success in Japan. Jackson Dean February 24

Jackson Dean is just five years into this musical career, and he performs after the Admirals vs. Wolves game on February 24. Dean has released just one album, titled Greenbroke. The song Don’t Come Lookin earned Dean a nomination to the Academy of Country Music in 2023. At just 23 years old, Dean has a long career ahead of him.

Nate Smith used Tik Tok as a way to launch his career. His song titled Wildfire was the rocket that he rode to a recording contract with Sony Music. He moved to Nashville at 23, after a back-and-forth to and from California. After all, it seems like every country music artist must spend time in Nashville in order to be considered a label worthy musician. Badgers Hockey Tickets – Big Ten Games Remaining in 2024

We’re well into the Wisconsin Badgers Hockey season for 2023-24 and there are some great upcoming games to talk about. Will the team make it to the playoffs? Will they continue to show the improvement on the ice? Let’s dive into the upcoming games at the Kohl Center and on the road.

After a 13-23 record last season, there was certainly room for improvement. The Badgers hockey team is off to a great start. At the time of this post the team is 14-4, and 8-2 in their conference. The team has won four of their first six Big Ten conference games, including victories over #1 ranked Minnesota. When the team comes back from their break, they will play in the Kwik Trip Holiday Face Off, starting with a game against Air Force. The Badgers will then travel to South Bend for a pair of games against Notre Dame. The Badgers are back at home for two games against Lindenwood, then hit the road for two games against Michigan. The series against Michigan begins their final run of games and they will face only Big Ten opponents until the end of the regular season. From there, we’ll see if the Badgers make it to the Big Ten tournament. At the time of this post, the Badgers are just one game behind the Michigan State Spartans. Can the team keep up the winning pace as they take on their opponents? The only way to find out is to catch a game!

Upcoming Badgers Hockey Games

The team entered the break on a four-game win streak. They outscored Ohio State 9-1 over their two-game series starting on December 1. They defeated #17 Penn State both in both games as well. Wisconsin Badgers Tickets – 2023 Home & Away Games

The Badgers basketball team is geared up for 2023. After another winning season in 2022, the Badgers are looking to improve their standings in 2023. The team finished last season 9-11 in the conference and 20-15 overall. The team went 11-6 at home and 6-6 on the road.

With that record, the team was invited to the NIT. Bucky went up against North Texas in the opening round. The Badgers were leading by 12 at the half, but were outscored 27-13 in the second half. Final score 56-54, North Texas wins by two points. Chucky Hepburn scored 15 points, and Steven Crowl had eight rebounds in that game. The team went 4/8 at the free throw line. Had they sunk just a few of those free throws, the outcome would have changed dramatically.

Badgers Basketball schedule for 2023-24

In 2023 the team will open the season at home against the Stevens Point Pointers on November 1. The Tennessee Volunteers will come to the Kohl Center on November 10, 2023. The Volunteers went 27-8 overall in 2022, made the round of 16 in the NCAA tournament, and went 14-4 in their conference.

The Marquette Golden Eagles will travel to Madison to play the Badgers on December 2. This in-state rivalry is always a high interest game for fans across Wisconsin. Marquette made it to the second round of the NCAA tournament in 2022. Marquette led the Big East in 2022 with an overall record of 29-7.

The powerhouse Michigan State Spartans host the Badgers on December 5. Michigan State also made it to the second round of the big tournament in 2022. The Spartans will come to Madison on January 26.

The Purdue Boilermakers will face the Badgers on February 4, 2023 at the Kohl Center. Purdue was a number one seed in the college tournament back in 2022 after winning the Big Ten Tournament.

Golden Eagles vs. Badgers Volleyball Game 2023 – Tickets and Game Date

The Marquette Golden Eagles Women’s volleyball team will face the Wisconsin Badgers on September 13, 2023. This game has quietly become a sell-out event via the box office. Tickets for this Golden Eagles volleyball game are available on our website, but they are going fast. We have two powerhouse teams going head-to-head, at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee.

The Golden Eagles had an amazing 2022 season. The Women’s volleyball team had a 29-4 overall record, and went 17-1 in their conference. The team was 18-0 at home, and lost to the Badgers, Creighton, and the #1 ranked University of Texas at the NCAA Championship tournament.

The Badgers went 28-4 overall in 2022, and went 19-1 in their conference. Their home record was 16-2. In the 2022 NCAA Championship, the team lost to Pittsburgh, after taking down Quinnipiac, TCU, and Penn State.

This upcoming game is a matchup of two of the best teams in the NCAA. Badgers fans will certainly be at the Fiserv Forum, and it’s going to be loud. It’s tough to choose which team to root for, as both represent Wisconsin, and we can be proud of their accomplishments either way.

There are some great Badgers football home games coming up for 2023. After an interesting and exciting season in 2022, the team is looking to improve their overall record and once again make an appearance in a bowl game. Here, we cover the Badgers Football home games in the upcoming season.

Badgers vs. Buffalo Bulls

The Badgers will open their season on September 2, when they take on the Buffalo Bulls at Camp Randall Stadium. Kickoff is set for 2:30 pm, central time. In 2022, Buffalo completed their season with an overall record of 7-6. This MAC East team took second place in the Eastern conference. They are not a team that will just roll over when the take on the Badgers. It will be an early test for Bucky. Great Badgers vs. Bulls tickets are on sale today.

Badgers vs. Georgia Southern – September 16

The Badgers second home game will take place on September 16 against the Georgia Southern Eagles. The Eagles finished their 2022 season in fifth place in the Sun Belt conference with an overall record of 6-7. Davis Brin lead the Eagles with 17 touchdowns totaling 2138 yards.

Wisconsin vs. Rutgers – October 7th

Home game number three for the Badgers will be a Big Ten football matchup. It’s the Badgers vs. Rutgers on October 7th. This will be the Badgers homecoming game. As the time we write this post, the kickoff time has not been set at the time.

Badgers vs. Hawkeyes – October 14

On October 14, the Badgers will face the Iowa Hawkeyes in Madison. Iowa finished the 2022 season 8-5 and played in the Music City Bowl. In 2022, the Badgers lost to the Hawkeyes 24-10. Graham Mertz threw for 176 yards and a touchdown.

Wisconsin Badgers vs. Ohio State – October 28 Game

One of the biggest games of the 2023 season will feature the Badgers vs. Buckeyes on October 28 at Camp Randall. Ohio State was 8-1 in conference play in 2022. They faced #1 Georgia in the Peach Bowl on New Year’s Eve. In their last matchup, the Buckeyes took a 21 point lead in the first quarter and never looked back. Final score of that 2022 game 52-21, Ohio State.

Badgers vs. Wildcats – November 11

On November 11, we have the Badgers vs. Northwestern game in Madison. The Badgers defeated Northwestern 42-7 last season. Northwestern had a 1-11 season last year. They defeated Nebraska in their opener, but lost every game of the season after that.

Wisconsin vs. Nebraska – November 18 Game

Lastly, the Badgers will face Nebraska on November 18 at home. The Cornhuskers went 4-8 overall in 2022.
