Packers Tickets For 2013 In Stock Now | Ticket King Wisconsin

Packers tickets are heading out the door, and into the hands of fans that placed their orders early. The 2013 schedule includes some pretty tough opponents, not including the divisional games that are always a challenge. Which Green Bay Packers game are you going to? The regular season is just a few weeks away. 
Green Bay doesn’t have to wait very long for the chance to make up for their playoff loss at San Francisco. In fact, that’s the first game of the regular season. The 49ers will host the Packers on September 8. The team will have to find a better way to contain their very mobile quarterback. Week two is the Packers first home game, and they will take on yet another speedy quarterback who goes by the nick-name “RG3.”
Green Bay will then head to Cincinnati to take on the Bengals on 9/22. They head back to Lambeau for a game against the Lions on October 6, just after the bye week. Packers fans will get the chance to see the team take on the 2013 Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens on October 13. Ray Lewis may have retired, but that doesn’t mean the Ravens will be pushovers.

Bucks Head Coach Likes What He Sees In His First Round Draft Pick

The Milwaukee Bucks are keeping their eye on their first round draft pick from last month. Newly appointed head coach Larry Drew traveled to Estonia this week to watch eighteen year-old Giannis Antetokounmpoin his fourth game of the FIBA U20 Basketball Tournament with the Greek national team. The youngster didn’t miss the opportunity to impress his future coach during the game, earning 12 points and one assist in 30 minutes of play. Drew stayed on into the next day to watch the team defeat Montenegro, his acquisition racking up another 12 points and 7 rebounds. On offense, Antetokounmpo ranks in the top-20 tournament-wide in every category.

Antetokounmpo’s defensive showing against both Croatia and Montenegro was the real treat for Drew, however. Antetokounmpo has blocked at least one shot in every game of the tournament, managing six in the game against Croatia alone. He has the most denials of any player participating. He has been spectacular off the defensive-glass, as well. Grabbing 14 rebounds against Croatia, and another seven the next night against Montenegro, Antetokounmpo brought his average to nearly seven per-game.

Antetokounmpo’s efforts have helped Greece dominate the opening two rounds of the event. The team is undefeated mid-way through the second-round, having beaten Lithuania, Germany, Serbia, Georgia, Croatia, Montenegro, and Turkey along the way. Latvia is the only other team without a loss in the tournament.

The trip to Europe is a small hiatus from Drew’s more pressing matters back in the States. The Bucks have begun the annual Summer League in Las Vegas on a high note, winning against the Nuggets and Pelicans in their first two games. Second-year forward John Henson has been the highlight for the team to start the five-game series, putting-up 19 points against Denver on Saturday. He sat out Sunday with a sore groin.

Henson is expected to be a major part of the team’s young and up-coming roster. A candidate for a starting spot next to Ersan Ilyasova in 2013, critics anticipate a great increase in minutes and presence for the forward among the veterans peppered in among the starters.

We’re getting close to the Paul McCartney show at Miller Park. Will Mr. McCartney play all the hits from The Beatles to Wings? One can only hope.  The best way to have a great time at the show is to read the following concert guide.  For last minute Paul McCartney tickets, feel free to check out our inventory. 
There will be no cans, alcohol, or glass allowed into the ballpark. Treat this event like a Brewers game at Miller Park.  Water is allowed, as long as it’s in a sealed bottle. Food is allowed, but keep in mind that your food container cannot be made of glass. If you are heading to the suite level, you will have to leave that food behind. Feel free to bring your camera to this event.  Keep the lenses shorter than 3 inches please.
You are free to bring a purse or fabric cooler to the event, but anything bigger than 16 by 16 by 8 inches will be prohibited. Expect security to check these bags, and leave the hard plastic coolers behind.

Wristbands For Paul McCartney Floor Seating

If you have “floor seating” tickets, you will need to head on over to any one of the wristband booths.  Wristbands are required, before you head into the ballpark.  You will find a booth at the gates near home plate, and another just next to the pedestrian bridge.  There will also be wristband gates inside Miller Park. The wristband booths will be open at 4:30.
The gates to Miller Park will be open at 6 p.m.  The parking lots will open at 4:30. There is no re-entry to the ballpark.  Feel free to tailgate, but follow the standard pre-game rules on tailgating.

Summerfest Fans Take A Break | Six More Days Of Music Starts Tuesday

Summerfest fans are getting used to this new Monday break. For decades, the festival would run for ten days, no break. As the years came and went, festival organizers had come to learn that Mondays were not good days for attendance. With that, they decided to shut the grounds down on Mondays. It all starts up again tomorrow, with NKOTB headlining the evening. They bring along 98 Degrees, and Boyz II Men.

Also performing on Tuesday will be Styx, Empire of the Sun, The Invaders, Willy Porter, Umphrey’s McGee, and many more bands.  If you make it down to the Summerfest grounds before 3pm, admission is free. Head on down during your lunch break, and get a hand stamp for later in the evening.  Ticket King has tickets for every show at the Marcus Amphitheater. We’re just a half-mile from the Summerfest grounds.
